Welcome to Toucan Sucks ...sistersite to tiscalisucks.org.uk! As broadband users we are fed up at being mistreated by companies which promise a service, but fail to deliver. Tiscali and Toucan are two ISPs who have let their customers down time and time again. They refuse to stand up and admit when they make a mistake, and do little to fix it. The only way companies such as Tiscali and Toucan are likely to change is if customers stand and shout enough is enough. We suggest people complain and complain again until they get the service they've paid for!
